Question by odie318: how to go about fixing bad credit?
i do not owe any credit cards. its more like one school loan and some random companies (cell phone, cable, gym) and a payday loan. i’m fairly young and pretty naive about my credit but am desperate to fix it now that i’m getting older.
my mom is 48 and has never owned a thing in her life due to her bad credit and it kind of just hit me that i must act upon it quick. your advice would be very much appreciated. thank you.

I’m not sure what it is you want to fix. It sounds like you have a credit track record. I hope it’s good. You could improve it by charging what you normally pay with cash provided you pay the statement .balance in full when it comes.
Good credit is great.. as long as you have no debt when the month ends.
